Welcome to Hailstone Holsteins and Jerseys

Mark and Diane came to Ormside Lodge in 2003 with a herd of 90 cows from the families Snow Herd. Jack & Torie have come along since to join the Wilson family.

Starting with older brood cows our aim was to establish families.

Our latest classification in June 2009:

22 scored

11 cows with 7 EX and 4 VG

11 heifers with 6 VG 2yrs and 5 GP heifers

Hailstone Talent Maybelle goes EX93 3rd calver

Showing is an important part of the business, and we normally participate at the Great Yorkshire Show, Northern Expo, Cumberland, Northumberland and other local shows and the HYB Calf shows.
